Totally cleaned the interior of my wife's 2013 Nissan Rogue SV. Washed (with soap) the exterior. I'm fresh out of paste wax. So, I haven't waxed it yet.

Cleaning out all the crushed (movie) theater popcorn was a pain. Broke a couple of thin paintbrushes. But, I got it done.

what kind of soap did you use? did you have to use a wet/dry vacuum after?

You mean the car wash soap? I use Meguiar's. The one that's orange-colored.

Most of the popcorn crap were on the Weather Tech floor liners. Those on the carpet..... I used a regular portable vacuum cleaner. I also used different size paint brushes to brush little particles away from the places the vacuum cleaner couldn't reach. That part required some patience. I used a moist microfiber rag to wipe away any dust/dirt/stain on carpet, cloth, and plastic surfaces.

There are still remnants of the road salt from New York on the driver side carpet. They got there six years ago and require a lot of scrubbing to remove. So, I just covered them with the Weather Tech floor liners.

For the interior? I use plain water on a microfiber rag. If there are stains that won't come out with mere water, I use that Meguiar's aerosol can upholstery cleaner.
