Got up at 0445L and went cycling. Got done at 0645L and juggled a futbol for 15 minutes.
That 15 minutes of ball juggling felt more strenuous than 2 hours of cycling. :grin: Oh, yeah. At the gym, I use the indoor felt-covered soccer ball which feels much lighter. Here? I use a regular synthetic leather soccer ball. It feels much harder and heavier.
