Check the sharing kung magkano syo and the company.... Bibilhin ba nang cash nang company or hulugan din... maintenance sino ang sagot.

Magkano ang babayaran mo if aalis ka within the period.

hi sir, it's a 5-year car plan in which 60-40 yung hatian. the company will shoulder the 60% while yung 40% will be charged to me (salary deduction) for 5 years. budget is 950k. it's my first time na mabigyan ng ganitong privilege kaya di pa ako gaanong familiar sa mechanics. hinihintay ko sana yung 11th gen na Altis kaso mukhang matatagalan pa bago dumating dito sa Pinas. if only the car plan could buy me a Subaru XV base variant, hindi na ako magdadalawang isip pa.

actually sir i was thinking the long term effect. internal politics is the main reason why i'm very hesitant to avail it. para kasing di ko na nakikita yung sarili ko sa company for the next few years

sabi nga ng father ko, 'wag ko na lang daw i-avail at yung 40% na ikakaltas sa akin, ipunin ko na lang pampa-sakal este pampa-kasal or kumuha na lang daw ako ng property.

the company will buy it in cash and i will be the one who will shoulder the PMS cost. if ever na hindi ko matapos yung plan, may option ako na i-surrender yung car or pay the remaining balance in cash.

I suggest take that into consideration. Ilan years ka na sa company sir?

Still you can go for it, if you opted to change employer sana it can take-out also yung balance nung carplan mo.
