Just don't drive there during trucks hours. The traffic is really really bad.
I used to live nearby San Joaquin and Buting. The neighborhood is quite friendly. The place is relatively ok for me. I can tolerate the noise even during midnight and early morning. Also I'm used to walking and commuting. It is not uncommon for some morons to block your driveway or some areas to be flooded for a couple of weeks

None that I'm aware of. In fact, i don't think there is a village near that area. There are a few subdivisions of townhouses though. But they get flooded afaic e.g Lexington

Lexington was why I got the idea to live in the area. I find the houses cute and security is overkill. I was told hindi bumabaha
The roads are narrow though and there are too much cars! Townhouses pala yun. I thought if there was a village with wider roads in the area, it would be nice to rent there. Thanks sir beeftapa, it's still more convenient to stay with my parents.

I have an impression that this hobby is expensive. I remember many years ago (early or mid 2000s) I knew several friends who were really into this game World of warcraft. They told me to get into it but I did not have a US issued credit card and my PC was just ordinary and didn't wanna spend upgrading. I also had an idea that it was addicting, I have a friend who even flew abroad to meet other online friends
However, now I'm confused with the market of online gaming because I also hear of jejemons addicted into online gaming. If the hardware and games are expensive, how is this so popular with the masses? I even watched a feature on Jessica Soho of jejemons making a song about this online game dota. How could these kids or teens have access to a US issued card (I begged my Mom to give me extension, ayaw) or even PH issued card. I think you need to pay monthly for it (?)

Usual jeje game is DoTA. This game has really low system requirements, so practically any PC can run it.
Other games such as Witcher 3 (RPG), Crysis 3 (FPS), and Assetto Corsa (racing sim) are much more demanding when it comes to hardware requirements.
