    gaano ka ulit kadalas mag wax ng auto? im sure exercise parin yun (unless di ka pinagpapawisan dun). before boxing, try running muna siguro for a month or 2. mararamdaman mo naman yan, kung pwede na mag step up sa next level ;)


    EDIT: BTW 2 years is too long ha, so pace yourself

    dito samin libre boxing workout.

    sigawan mo lang mga tambay.

    lugi ka lang sa iba kasi fencing at archery ganti sayo.

    Once a week. Hindi naman ako pinapawisan masyado Thanks for the advise, sige mag treadmill muna ako. Masyado kasi high intensity ang boxing. Nanghihinayang kasi ako sa gloves and hand wrap inaalikabok na.

    Try mo 6mins treadmill ka lang tapos speed 8-10. Do that everyday for 3days. Sympre pala stretching ka muna. After nyan pede na mag boxing. Una 10mins muna 1st week , hanggang maabot mo 30mins ? Depends din pala sa training mo ng boxing. Hiit mo. Pero wag ka lalagpas sa time. [emoji28]

    if you want to increase your exercising, i can bring my car over.. wigo muna, para hindi mabigla.. then pag sanay na, yung innova na..
