depende sa experience, sa company at sa account yan..
starting salary is in the 20T to 25T range for an agent..
operations manager kung marami kang hinahawakan and profitable ang account, yes could go up to 100T.. pero iba ang pressure sa call center.. lalo na kung graveyard..

My new crass office mates are the reason why I am leaving.
I only have 3 friends left in our team which includes my direct boss who is also my best friend at work. I told her of my plans of leaving but she is convincing me otherwise. She told me that in any organization, there will always be people that I don't like so I have to learn to adjust. They are all against me leaving but every single day I see and hear the voice of these people, umiinit ulo ko
The bank that I used to work for has a call center counterpart. I can get an endorsement there and get a good management position. They pay well daw eBut my friend warned me na grabe nga daw culture and I will not accept a graveyard shift. Pero hindi ba pag mataas na position, you don't really have to deal much with the SC staff?
How much nga ba is the starting salary for a staff position at a multinational? I belong to the banking and finance industry and it's one of the industries that pay the lowest compared to FMCGs or Petroleum companiesAFAIK, where I work, fresh grads get 20k starting salary so it's almost same pala as call center agents as _Qwerty_ said. Audit firms during my time give close to minimum wage

Cath,
If you like your job, and you get along with your bosses then it may be worthwhile to reconsider. For all you know your new office mates may not be there for the long term.

To this day, halos minimum wage parin ang audit firms. My friend who works in SGV got promoted, and she jokes na pwede na daw siya mag-FX kasi dati pangjeep lang sweldo niya.
For a multinational, starting is at least 40 for a management trainee level position. Around 25 and up for normal hires. However, these are for fresh grads. I'm sure you'll have no problem bargaining for 6 digits with your experience

Hindi rin okay ang pay ko. I only like my job and bosses. Plus the location of the office is super convenient. But the pay and colleagues are horrible.
Kapag management position ba sa call center eg team lead e kailangan din mag graveyard? Bank call center eto, sana wala graveyard.
