IMO, i will only leave a job if the other company offers a higher position and at least a 30% increase in salary.

On my case, i left my previous employer and accepted a much lower paying job because of my boss. She has an attitude which everyone in the company cannot tolerate, thus, everyone who have been under her department do not stay for more than a year. The only thing we like about her is the act of generosity when it comes to giving incentives (bonuses) which is usually 400% of your basic salary. However, hearing those kind of words like Put*** Ina, Gag*, Shi+, Bobo, Tanga from her even for small issues made me decide to look for another job. Even though those words are said indirectly to us (without the "mo"), the stress it created did some impact on my health and the others. I may not be able to spend those money if i die young because of that silent killer, stress.

Big decision, bro, huh?

That's a lot of dough....

I am now in the hunt for the LRT/MRT Chief position.... I hate my boss.....

Sorry,- hindi ako kasi nakakasakay ng LRT/MRT for the past few years e.

May coach ba na puro babae lang ang sakay?

Kung mayroon,- ang pass na ibibigay ko kay greenlyt (lang - special,- may picture pa niya ang pass),- doon lang puwedeng sumakay sa coach ng mga babae! Ayos ba bro?... :naughty2:

Isa pa - Ayaw mong magtayo ng kumpanya para ma-award-an ka namin ng P500M++ contract?

Yung flight stewardess na nagbigay nang cell number sa akin yesterday. Thinking kung text ko or hindi.

Guluhin ko nanaman bukay ko.

Yesterday kasi pauwi na ako manila. Bago magtouch down kukunin nang mga stewardess ang mga trash. Sabi kasi dun sa katabi ko na olderly lady na if she want patapon ang bottle water nya.

Sabi ay hindi hehehe sumagot ako MISS BAKA PWEDE NAMAN TAPUNAN MO AKO?

Nagulat bakit daw nya ako tatapunan... tingin yung mga tao sa paligid namin kasi sa pagkabigla nya at medyo malakas boses ko.

Sinagot ko sya with conviction and bedroom voice na... KASI MISS BAKA PWEDE MO AKO TAPUNAN NANG KUNTING PAGTINGIN. hehehehe tawanan yung mga katabi namin...

Text/Tawag ko na boss...

Lunch date daw sa sunday kasama mga frends nya mukhang gagawin pa akong driver nito... paano kaya yun hindi ako makakatakas sa asawa ko.

Sabi ko na lang may birthday lola ko sa taranta ko sa pagsagot... Ok daw malamang hindi naniwala.
