    Solid sa mahal na rin yung ginagawa ng SM group dun. More than 100K per sqm AFAIK. You just buy the share and just pay the monthly dues... Wala naman renewal yearly since you already own the share.

    ^ I'd guess so. Try to call the office of Highlands or any club share brokerage to compare new issues or secondary market shares. You can also check on the transfer fees, assessments, etc.
