It's a call center and the annualized attrition rate usually goes up to 50%. Recently though, I heard they reduced this benefit for new hires.

How manila traffic is so bad. What used to be a semi pleasant 45min and predictable drive to work has become a 1 hr 45 min exercise in futility and frustration. Its so hard to stretch the legs of your cars nowadays if you live in the city.

^yeah, my office is 4km away from our house but going home takes almost an hour at times.

I guess it's true what an article I read says - the shorter the distance from house to workplace, the happier you generally are.
