Si Kags talaga, out of context. Kags na walang kagaling-galing sa katawan.

GLJ died in 1896, his quote from that time shows why he said such, teachings noon prayer lang sapat na because of hidden motives of the spaniards. LMAO

We are in this mess because our elementary and HS education sucks - majority of the time - plain and simple.

    'tis common knowledge,
our spanish colonizers taught us just enough, to be effective beasts of burden.

if kags thinks the pandemic wrought havoc on the studied,
imagine what it did,to the under-schooled.

    but then,
how can one have a meaningful debate against one who cares not what the other party is saying?
    heh heh.

having a graduate degree under one's belt,
sometimes, it's not just the knowledge that goes with the masters or doctorate,
it's the evidence that one has the tiyaga.

I attended Mapua when I was there. I had a miserable time. I still wonder to this day how other students managed 24+ credits per semester because I was completely swamped and overwhelmed, esp when I had to commute back and forth daily.

After that, I resumed college here in the US, usually 6-8 credits at a time and then later, 12-14 which was great.

I remember there was a group of us friends who enrolled at Mapua. After one year, I was alone. Out of the 40+ students in my freshman class, we were down to 3 by the time I started majoring. Me and 2 Chinese.

I went past the time I was supposed to graduate. So, I chose to give up there and return here. My folks weren't happy. But, hey.

Baliktad naman ako, I took the full load, 24 units every sem. I did 6 all summers. I was in a hurry to graduate and make money. And yet hindi kinaya, but my last sem was the best, having 16 units only, barkada to the max.
