What to do to an annoying workmate?

The thing with conflict reso sa workplace , if it has reached a certain point, madalas irrepairable na yang relationship. Its best to leave. I myself cant wait to leave. Intay lang 13th mo pay then apply galore hahaha.

Your officemate is not just annoying, he is bastos and unprofessional.

I feel for you TS. I really liked my officemates before and looked forward to going to work. Our team (including our direct manager) was one big barkada. Tapos isa isa ng umalis (because of management) We were 8 and now I am the only one left in the team :cry: ALL my new team mates are annoying and so I just don't talk to them. I put on my earphones as soon as I sit in my chair. I have my lunch at my desk. I go our for breaks either alone or with my old friends (2 are still with the company but transferred to other teams). I do not small talk. I do not join their activities.

BUT for annoying and rude officemates that affect my work, I talk with my boss about them.

Kung ang kalaban mo e boss mo, umalis ka na lang. Wala kang panalo dyan. UNLESS may mas mataas sa boss mo who has your back.

Unfortunately we do not have a grievance machinery here... exactly, i do not know if he is retarded or what... eh mas boss pa kung umasta sa boss... I don't want to go straight to our boss without sufficient proof as he is a good actor too, acting like he's busy with work when the boss is around.. I already have several videos and photos, plus the cctv, doing his dirty little things, para pag nagkataon wala siyang lusot... as of press time, kakapasok lang daig pa ang naka megaphone sa ingay... kalalaking tao pa man din

non stop blabbering of non sense things, loud mouthed, ep*l, the likes na pabida, then hugas kamay pag pumalpak, talks like he knows everything... he is in a managerial position.. I have been taking videos of him doing inappropriate things to his subordinates...

Create a pseudo email account and send all those proofs to the highest ranking local officer. Make sure to use an internet cafe, not your office network.

In my previous job I used the fake email thing when I uncovered irregularities by an executive. It was effective!
