    Better be safe than sorry na lang. Hindi ko na alam kung ano pinakamalpit na accurate forecast eh. Yung 195kph kung dadaan mang NCR naku po! Nakakatakot! Tama ka ser yung GLENDA dame napatumba eh mas mahina yun.

    I think it will recurve... And probably not hit land...

    I saw our version of the Arctic blast that just stopped Ruby in its tracks. It just clotheslined Ruby to almost standstill, where the northern jetstream will pull thed entire cyclone northwards to Okinawa... Philippines saved!

    But it's just my own analysis...

    Ruby will hit land. The experienced meteorologists have said so.

    There is no strong weather front to pull the typhoon upward. The rotation of the earth is pulling it westward.
