    Did they even forecast this amount of rain we will receive? TV just keep on repeating since this morning that "Karen" is outside PAR.

    Thunderstorm is expected to affect QC that may experience light to moderate rains over QC, Marikina, Mandaluyong and Manila and Pasig within 2 hrs.
