    From *dost_pagasa: Yellow warning signal raised over Metro Manila at 6pm, Aug 14. Moderate to heavy rainfall likely to continue for the next 3hrs. Possible flooding in low-lying areas, and those near river and creek channels. PAGASA advises people to monitor weather & await next warning.
