i remember more things about the 80's than the 90's! dami kasi transition during that decade.

Ha-ha! Oo ako rin, meron niyang K-Swiss. Ang orig pa nu'n nyan, made in Yugoslavia. Sa Cartimar ko binili, something like P1,500 ata (malaking pera na noon yun, tagal ko pinag-ipunan!). Pag nakasuot ka ng K-SWiss noon, sikat ka. Gandang terno sa shorts.

One thing more.....nu'ng 80's, yung mga stereo speakers (2 channels), palakihan ng baffles (speaker box). I remember, yung neighbor namin na nagsa-Saudi, nag-uwi ng Pionner component niya. Ang woofer niya, 15"! Sama na yung mid-range at tweeters sa iisang box. Ang la-laki ng mga speakers. Pag nagpatugtog, yumayanig yung maliit na bahay nila. Wala pang subwoofers noon.

Ngayon, maliliit na speakers, combined with a subwoofer na lang. Surround pa, and producing the same quality of sounds.

Those were the days........

Hehe. Buhay pa nga up to now yung top siders ko eh -- at ginagamit ko pa. Karamihan pati ng shoes ko top sider-style. Sarap isuot at ipang-drive eh. Multi-purpose pa -- pinangbabasketball pa nga namin yun noon eh.
