The Playboy magazine was named after a car.

    Playboy Motor Cars

INTERESTING TRIVIA ABOUT THE PLAYBOY CAR
According to an episode of the "Biography" TV series and of "The E! True Hollywood Story," as well as in a 2010 documentary entitled "Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist, and Rebel," a woman who worked for Playboy Motor Cars at the time they shut down suggested to her son's friend that he use the Playboy name for his new magazine. That friend's name was Hugh Hefner!

This story was confirmed by a letter that the Webmaster of this site personally received from Hugh Hefner in June, 2002 which reads, in part:

"The Playboy name was suggested by a friend whose mother had worked at the then defunct Playboy Motor Car Company..." - Signed Hugh M. Hefner

TIL that ovarian cancer can be asymptomatic as well (just like colon cancer in my other post)

A classmate and good friend of mine was diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer recently. She was well, quite active and was even pursuing a PhD on the side, being a full time structural engineer and consultant. She just suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdomen one day, was initially diagnosed with appendicitis but was later confirmed to be "C". Her APE results did not exhibit any irregularities.

How old is your friend? Does she have children?

I forgot that sickness that is prone to women who never got pregnant

She's 42. She had total hysterectomy, but the c-cells metastasized to other organs in her abdomen. She's undergoing chemo theraphy and loses 2 kilos per week since she doesn't have an appetite.

    She's married with 2 kids aged 15 and 7.

    this is a common history.
the reason being, the abdominal and pelvic cavities have a lot of potential space to grow into, without obstructing or damaging anything... at first.
