I get hyper when I exercise kaya I need to do it in the morning para pag dating ng hapon bagsak na ko

^hehe yeah but I can't go over one hr. It's too exhausting and boring.
Gusto ko sana may weights. When I have enough space na I'll buy an incline bench and plates. Mahal din kasi ng salamin e!

Lagay ka ng TV sa harap ng treadmill para di boring and you don't need to spend an hour on it. At dapat maabot mo ang target heart beat rate mo say 113-115 beats per minute while doing it.
Hold your horses on incline bench. I would rather suggest an exercise ball and medicine ball then just buy those 10-15lbs dumbbells para pang firm-up lang ng muscles.

Incline bench kasi yung pinakamaraming pwede gawin using free weights (db press, db flyes, curls etc). Yung incline bench na gusto ko yung pwede rin maging flat bench.
