nung bata pako nakatagal ako til 3am pero lately bilis ko ng antukin.
asar nga si esmi pag nagle-late night watching kami nakikita nyako naka nganga.
bigla na lang may sasampal sakin ng malakas. badtrip.

melatonin sagot dyan. babies and young kids have lots of it that's why they sleep more, older folks have low levels of this hormone and they sleep less. it's not a sleeping pill, it's not a drug so there is no way you can overdose and kill yourself with it. it's a naturally occuring hormone produced by the human body.
meron sa watsons. 1 pill 30 minutes before bed time.
