July 4th, 2022 11:55 AM #361SM online lang kami for the past year na siguro. At the height of the pandemic, Metromart (they shop at Robinsons supermarket) pero maraming out of stock na items so we switched.
Hassle na rin kasi ang grocery shopping as we wash or wipe down with disinfecting wipes every item before bringing it inside the house. Kung kami pa rin ang lalabas to buy the groceries parang too much effort na.
Is it more expensive? I should think so. Pero I think bawi lang dahil nakatipid kami sa gas, tipid sa eating out that usually happens pag nagutom after buying groceries, and we don't spend a long time outside and risking exposure.

tapos ngayon nasa database na, naka record na sa system kung nag avail kana ng piso sale for the day...Last edited by Stigg ma; July 4th, 2022 at 12:06 PM.

Nag grocery ako sa shopwise last Saturday, grabe ang mahal ng groceries nila, as in lahat pati meat and vegetables. Mas mataas sila by 20% compared to Walter Mart. I think nag focus sila sa convenience rather than price kasi kumonti ang shoppers, ang ikli ng pila compared to other groceries pag weekends.

Pandemic lang ako nagstart mag grocery sa waltermart ONLINE and they are much cheaper than any other grocery! Libre naman ang delivery basta you reach the minimum amount, sometimes 1500 or 2500. I don't go to the physical waltermart store though kasi naguguluhan ako, parang one notch higher lang sa puregold (where I also refuse to go) May P2000 pa nga kami na GC from Makati for seniors, one year na di pa nagagamit LOL. Na trauma kasi ako the first time I went to puregold in the late 2000s, nahilo ako kasi parang walang circulation?
Landmark and Cash & Carry I think ang middle ground in terms of price and convenience.
