As I understand this, PBBTE is a contest but if the DOLE considers this as work (because of daily allowances given for food and supplies), the management of ABS-CBN can file for their (Teen Housemates) working permits, similar to the kids of the show Goin' Bulilit.

but according to the labor code, minors cannot be compelled to work during certain hours of the day (not sure from what time to what time), even if they are to be given overtime and night shift pay. e 24hrs ang PBBTE, paano kaya ito?

yung going bulilit, they can shoot it during day time and show it in whatever time ABS wants it. yung PBBTE live show na 24hrs.

Hindi naman siguro consider yon as a Work.. contest yon I doubt it kung magiging malaking issue pa yan sasabihin na naman nila galing sa kabila

siguro kung yung mga tasks na papagawa ni kuya ay pasok sa regular working time then ok na, besides it's a contest so i think it should fall under minors working for abs cbn. DOLE, la nanaman magawa kaya naghahanap ng peperahan.
