Races were held weekly in Greenhills in the 70's. I remember watching it on TV. Names like Pocholo Ramirez, Dante Silverio, Arthur Tuason come to mind.

Edsa in late 70's? We were able to drive there at 100kph. Nowadays, I start nodding off when I get to Edsa.[emoji38]

My Mom told me that back in the 60s/70s, Pasay road was all houses daw! I thought it was always commercial.

The EDSA photo looks familiar although there was a bit more traffic the last time I remembered it. The main traffic chokepoints were at Makati and Cubao. But, it was smooth driving in between.
Brings back memories when a friend and I walked from that army base along EDSA all the way to Alabang during one night.
