    Palaging basa ang lagusnilad. I bet there is a broken drainage that causes the bako bakong kalsada.

    I loved the area there. So many diversions, esp during evening....women's dorms, bar/BBQ/karaoke, shopping too (lots of bootleg stuff).

    One of my friends there had a family-owned bar. We spent New Year's Eve there partying. My friend said, I was so drunk, I walked out to the middle of Espana St., took a piss, and then walked back to the bar. I don't remember any of it.
