Ayaw ko man kumontra sa katuwaan, but for prostate cancer, it has already been proven that ejaculation does not lower prostate cancer risk mas lalo na prevent PCA in men. The reason why ejaculation was initially regarded to lower the risk in PCA is because the preliminary/initial results in these studies seems to indicate it can lower the risk for having PCA ( this has to be at least a long term study lalo na kung di prospective) but in the end the results showed no connection with ejaculation and PCA. ( Isipin nyo na lng yung mga pari natin, either ang dami nilang may PCA compared sa gen pop. or ginagawa din nila yun ng madalas).

If I remember it right the protocol was at least 2 ejaculations per day for 4x a week and should be practiced while you were young, not in the 40-50 age group and above were PCA is prevalent. This is also true for large doses of supplements ( SELECT study) such as Selenium, Vit E, C, etc.
