    oo nga medyo nagulat nga ako nung nagsara ang Wholesome Table eh.

    yung Ikkoryu Ramen, bukas pa rin siya. matibay pa rin yung XO46, Ba Noi's, Cafe Mediterranean, Banana Leaf and JiPan.

    Boring kasi ang estancia. Walang playground for kids like kidzoona, and walang sinehan din.

    Speaking of malls with slow pickup and shops closing, UP Town Center comes into mind.

    Medyo bago bago pa sya pero dami ng restaurants nag sara especially those mga nauna facing Katipunan. Shrimp Bucket na lang natira among sa original na nag bukas. IHOP sarado na din. Daming restos sa iba't ibang floors nagsara. The old department store there yung Wellworth isang taon lang sarado agad pinalitan na ng Metro. I doubt Metro is doing well too. Aeopostale sarado na din.

    Mali lang ata target market. Puro studyante e wala naman per yan gagawin ka lang tambayan. Malakas syempre mga Starbucks at mga mas mura na food and fast foods.

    ang panget pa nang layout nyang mall na yan.. we were looking for the cinemas.. ang layo layo and ang init init maglakad.. by the time we got to the cinemas.. nag start na yung palabas..

    I don't frequent UP Town, surprised that a lot have already closed based on the comments here.

    I think the nearest parking to the cinema would be the upper floors of the multi level steel parking. May daan leading to the cinema.

    yes meron.. pero kung don ka galing sa may grocery.. ang layo nang lalakarin..

    yung mga resto don sa tabi nang Casa Verde sarado na..
