so what im trying to point out = mga taga south you pay more and you dont get your moneys worth.

have you made any real calculations on real, actual purchases, vis a vis actual transportation costs?

my wild guess is,
if you are not going to buy a store's worth of the items, then the actual savings might not be worth the effort.

bago ako pumunta kahapon eh mas prefer ko sana before ever gotesco na properties kaso napanisn ko eh barado na dahil yung train jan eh nasa sahig hinid nasa taas so ang layo ng uturn. Anong tawag mo sa Eastwood? When you say QC it should be the whole of QC. Kasi kung sabihin mo walang high rise, sa Makati may mga barangay na walang high rise. Even Paranaque majority residential, halos wala naman high rise. Kaya wala ka credibility kasi you omit things that don't suit your narrative.

Here in Molito, Alabang. Haven't been here in a long time. Do you see any highrise?

BGC walang highrise (except for Pacific) until the 2000s. You will know the older buildings in BGC, yung mga mababa. I don't know what the heck happened, I think mid 2010s bakit bigla nag allow ng mga high rise [emoji53] Yung Shang sobrang taas

eastwood eh pakiramdam ko jan pasig. Nanjan ang greeneadows , corintihan hills na mataas per square meter but sinasabi ko ang nafefeel ko. It doesnt feel trueQC. Sa pasig na yan binabalato ko na nga eh. Nakikita mo hinid ako nang-sisino whether upscale or not kasi pasig na yan.

ang problema kasi sa mga binangit mo area eh madali ba sila mag-maneobra example may nalimutan sila sa bahay. Hows the traffic ng lugar??
