look at the fashion hall ni megamall. Hindi naman sosy vibe but the wide stair entrance ang nagdala kaya biglang nagbooooom. Madali pa magshopping hinid ka hihiluhin. Eh kay ayala sa parking pa lang ngarag-hilo ka na. So direcho kain muna sa food choices para mahimasmasan macompose sa dinaanan gera.

You can't argue na Ayala companies are goals in the corporate world. They give good benefits and high salary to employees at bawal pangit hahaha. Even crush tells me may positions sa Ayala they require schooling from abroad. Yan ang Ayala may ethics. Sa school nga namin mga profs ko parati example SM sa bad business practice. I don't want to drop names one owns a well known restaurant na household name kulang na lang murahin SM HAHAHA

Also I wouldn't want to go to a crowded mall, that's precisely why I prefer greenbelt and central square dahil hindi matao. Kung hindi kumikita yan bakit 40+ yrs na ang ayala center?

Halos majority ng supermarket like fisher supemarket tamad sa suklian ng coins. Only hitop the original 1st na matino and 2nd landmark na matino. Si hitop meron 5centavos and 10centavos yan. I would rather listen to people from the academe and business with experiences dealing with SM and Ayala than someone who just relies on observation and "eyes and ears" from other people. I'm not gonna waste bandwidth anymore responding to theories.
