Do the Makati CBD really needs another mall though? Kikita kaya yan? Pero knowing Pinoy, laging patok ang malls.

maybe that's why the republic of makati practises its own unique manner of coding.
    heh heh.

Currently at Ayala mall Macapagal. Pati kainan. Although Saturday weekend almost lunch time parang konti tao sa mga restaurant. Just passed by ramen nagi and walang laman. Usually ramen nagi sa MOA pila sa labas especially during weekend. Pati parking lot maluwag.

This is the kind of mall na gusto ko puntahan, hindi matao, although I don't know how businesses here would survive kung konti tao.

The problem with Ayala Manila Bay I think they don't have a jeepney or bus terminal unlike MOA which is easily accessible to people.

Same. I stay away from crowded malls (or any place crowded) Greenbelt and Central Square okay naman so I suppose that would survive too

that's why kags will never like anything Ayala kasi major parameter niya for a successful brand e crowded at mura. Hindi kasi maintihdihan ni kags na companies have different positioning, hindi kasi nakinig sa class nung college, though it's common sense naman na for example magkaiba ang market ng Shang sa market ng Sogo

haaay cathey cathey cathey. I now have the time to reply kasi lately nagLRT-2 ako the wandering kagalingan.

Paano naging sosy si ayala eh tinabihan nga si sm north, sm marikina, mall of asia to name a few.

So ayala should venture in island beach business hahahahah

Ang masama eh laging talo si ayala. Nakita mo naman may nagpost NILALANGAW.

A mall lalo na sa NCR is meant to be bustling.
