Ganyan din yung LG smart tv ko dati after 7 days di na gumagana, kabago bago. Inayos ng technician dito sa bahay, ok pa naman ngaun. 2010 pa yung TV ko. 👍👍

lagpas 7 days na ang unit kaya sa service center na ang magrepair
bukas darating ang tech ... konting tiis lang sir
medyo minalas lang sa unit, pero kapag naayos na yan, sana tumagal na

Had a problem with an LG home theater before and pinalitan nila ng bago yung unit after ng diagnosis.
Can you check your TV if there is an available software update? May time din na nagrereboot yung LG na tv ko before yun pala may software update kaya ganun.

September 12th, 2017 02:48 PM #17walang dumating or nag text or tumawag na technician pero ang sinabi ng agent ng SM nung thursday sep7 maghintay daw hanggang monday pupuntahan ng technician.till now walang nagpaparamdam..
ano kaya ,magandang move dito..

ikaw na mismo dapat tumawag sa LG......
palit unit na dapat yan kahit 1month......sobrang aga para masira ng ganyan yan..... kasi hindi nila pwede ipalusot yung within 7days na sira...

Kaya merong warranty.
Don't worry if they're going to repair it. It's not a sign na lemon yan (ie. paulit-ulit nang masisira). Meron talagang tyamba na nasisirang part early on due to manufacturing tolerances. And in most cases nowadays, they don't do component repairs.... they replace the whole module nung nasira. That could be the main board, daughter board, power supply, etc. Hindi katulad noon na ang TV repairman may dalang soldering station at schematic diagram.
And kapag large appliances, including big-screen TVs, home service yan automatic. You never bring it to a service center dahil baka masira pa lalo (particularly yung display panel) during transport.
Our 42-inch LG Smart TV has been going for at least 5 years na. Never encountered a single issue. Though, lahat ng A/V equipment ko are connected to a UPS and properly grounded. The last one is especially important.Last edited by oj88; September 13th, 2017 at 10:45 AM.

September 18th, 2017 02:22 PM #20sep 7 nung nireport,sep15 nung pinuntahan ng technician..finding defective panel.kailangan palitan ng buong panel..sabi ni tech i report daw nila sa SM at sa opisina ng LG.binigyan din kami ng copy..
ibig nila i repair ung tV baklasin at palitan ng parts.sabi ko dapat palitan ng buo at hindi dapat i repair..
makipag usap nalang daw kami sa SM bacoor.
pinuntahan ko kanina..wala si manager.si super visor lang ang nandun.tumawag kay LG at si LG daw ung mag decide kung papalitan ng bago unit.pinaki usap ako kay LG may 2week pa daw sila na process kung papasa sa replacement ng buong unit.kung pumasa daw sa processing nila mapapalitan daw..
ang gusto ko lang marinig ay kung kailan papalita at gaano kami katagal maghihintay para sa bagong unit..hindi daw nila alam..medyo nang gigil na ako..bakit hindi sila maka pag bigay ng date sa amin kung kailan mapapalita..ang sa akin lang naman.magbigay sila ng araw.kahit isang buwan makakahintay kami.pero hindi daw nila alam kung kailan mapapalitan...un ang sabi ng LG
si super visor naman pipilitin daw niya si LG.para mapalitan ng maaga pero hindi din daw niya alam kung kailan talaga .parang nagtuturuan silang dalawa..
sabi ko kung ipa change item ko nalang kukuha ako ng ibang item sa halagang 30K sabi sa akin si LG parin daw mag decide kung ma aaprove ung ganun..
