Good concept, but need to be cautious on the vertical center of gravity. This will be become unstable during turning on roads.

I see that replacing those cargo jeepneys coming from the provinces, with their tops overloaded with fruits and what-have-yous.
But then again, baka lagyan pa rin yan sa bubong ng mga fruits and other things. :)
i'm more concerned about changing the drivers than the jeepneys. Anyways...
Some sort of ventilation, even a simple fan, is a real help especially when in summer/traffic/both.
No more handlebars at the back para wala nang sabit sabit(i do this myself but some people push this waaaay to far)
Make it more streamlined. i know all the borloloys add character, but for long provincial trips some fuel economy can be gained from aerodynamics, etc.
Sa cebu, karamihan ng jeepneys nila either multicab, converted van, or truck. Parang madalang na yung traditional jeepney dun.
