hmmn, di po ata.. kse he can only cite double jeopardy if he was charged, then served his sentence for the crime.. in this case, na-acquit nman sya eh.

tama po ba ang intindi ko? based lang to sa movie ni ashley judd hehe..

double jeopardy is also applicable in his case (acquital).

if he ever "does" it again... with a a different kid, he can be tried again - since sa same case lang naman applicable yun.

he's bound to be acquitted. questionable ang mga witnesses eh.

anyway...part of me wants to believe that MJ is innocent but pag naiisip ko na mahilig sha sa bata how come young boys lang ang hilig nya!? hahaha baket nde young girls den?
