    It's a non-OTC drug. Hydroxyzine is an anti-histamine drug (for allergy) and one of its side effect is sedation. Recommend dose for sedation is 50mg to 100mg. Be careful kung may asthma ka.

    Thanks! I'll check that out.

    I used to take Iterax 10 mg #2 plus Benadryl 50 mg # 1 to help me get to sleep, but it doesn't have any effect on me. I used to get knocked out with Benadryl but those were bought in the US. The local Benadryl does nothing for me.

    My Allergologist prescribed asthma meds for me only when I get an allergic attack. I've had two episodes na kasi ng anaphylaxis.

    Stilnox, I sometimes take half a tablet if hinde Ako makatulog after an workout or a night run...it's not a habit forming drug...Saka hinde ka KO I mean if you were awaken by some emergency you can still manage to drive...
