We use Tilex to clean tiles. They also have a pen for stubborn grout stains.

How satisfying to watch this. Problem with pressure washers is most of the time you dont use them at naka stock lang sa bodega

1 trick I use is to do black grout outdoors. No cleaning needed.

For indoor areas you can't do pressure washing, Tilex & Clorox are potent chlorine based cleaners. Spray & let it stay.... watch molds & mildew go away. Not fond of corrisive acid solutions. They can ruin metals, wood & finishes.

I borrowed and tried to use pressure washer indoors, the noise it made was like inside the engine room. I'm used to this kind of noise but I won't do it again. I don't see him use it so I wonder why he bought it.

By the way, this pressure washer is good in cleaning small aircon units. Just make sure to use the low pressure setting, you don't want to damage the fins of your evaporator and condenser.

Grout repair. (may part kasi na nagcrack / natanggal na)

which product did you use to repair it? (reputable brand sana na available sa shops/malls)

The usual kind of grout are cement based like mga ABC. YUn yung mga nagpupulbos & discolor. I wolud suggest to get eopxy based, they're more expensive since they would last longer.

naghahanap sana ako ng paste para no need to mix. konti lang naman kailangan ko.

Mix your grout with this instead of water.
