Even if they were equipped properly how can they get there if the streets are clogged with vehicles. You can have all the amphibious vehicles around but if they can't move because of traffic then they can't get around the metro.
If the water is to the roof of is car then he should just make a go of it and try to get to higher ground.

nalobat laptop ko kanina ngayon lang nagkakuryente dito samen kaya ngayon ko lang naupdate to.
nakauwi na pala brother ko sa cainta around 9am nung mejo bumababa na ang tubig. wala naman daw dumating na rescue team. grabe experience nya dun parang survivor. no food for almost 24 hours tapos nagchichills na siya sa ginaw. nung gabi pala nagawa nilang makapunta dun sa isang shop ng spare parts para sumilong. nakakatakot daw bumaba sa tubig that time dahil parang ilog na daw ang agos ng tubig. yung mga maliliit na kotse daw inaanod na ng baha. hindi nga daw nila napansin na kotse na pala yung tinutungtungan nila.
grabe talaga. im just thankful na nakauwi siya ng safe. lets continue to pray para dun sa mga stranded pa din hanggang ngayon.
