    patanong lang din po since I'm looking for a townhouse baka makatulong sa decision ko.

    nagbabaha din ba sa may bandang:
    1. Q.ave fishermall side going to sgt rivera (biak na bato)
    2. Kaingin road from edsa hanggang sgt. rivera

    just checked the google map.not in parkway. siguro kaingin near goodwill street. medyo unahan na ng kaingin.
