if it's true that NLEX gave the guy a permit to go over the speed limit, then owning a fast expensive car pala gets you a permit to break the law

i wonder what other laws one is allowed to break when one owns a fast expensive car

No parking and No waiting.
This is prevalent in Makati and the Fort. Ordinary automobiles are reprimanded from parking temporarily on the street ie the car is attended/has a driver while exotic cars are allowed to PARK or leave their cars.
Most of the time these exotic cars blatantly display their disregard for parking etiquette. In other words garapal yung pagkaka park.Last edited by _Cathy_; January 29th, 2011 at 09:25 PM.
