oo naman...kpag nagrereflect ako...mga lessons sa mga pagkakamali na nagawa ko...meron akong nabasa sa reader's digest feb issue ang title ay "listen to what you're saying".tungkol ito sa conversation natin sa ating sarili...kung paano ito makakatulong sa ating pagunlad...

Ako naman I talk to myself pag nagdadrive. Yung mga tipong:
"Anak ng tokwa ang bagal naman nito!" o kaya
"O ayan na-cut ka tuloy" o kaya
"T*ng ina mo, g*g0!"

for psyching myself up... not really...

but for "reprimanding" myself for the stupid things that i've done... (e.g. crashing the car because of recklessness, saying something stupid, etc)....
