for me, government should not give FREE housing. Pahiram lang ba. Once that the children were able to work (sometimes as OFW), alis na dapat and other less fortunate people should live there. Minsan mas may kaya/rich tuloy ang dating squatters kesa sa middle class who pays the taxes. Minsan wala pa silang sariling bahay, rent lang dahil sa taas ng tax deduction.

Minsan nagiging prime property pa ang lugar kaya pinaparent lang nila. This is very glaring in GMA Cavite. Lahat na nasa main road commercial space. Kung check mo ang TCT, NHA donated ang lot. Bigtime na tuloy ang dating squatters...

Everyone should have the right to property and NOBODY, rich, poor, everything in between, NOBODY should be able take that away. Squatters have no business to be on the property they're on. Lina law is inherently anti-property rights.

dapat lang naman eh!!! I think it's about time that gov't should stop treating these informal settlers like a baby... kayan hinde nag improve ang infrasruture ntin eh dahil laging ndapat meron i relocate na squatters...

nakita ko din etong news na eto,dapat naman talagang alisin yan mga squatters na yan,kasi minsan yan pa yung ginagawang takbuhan ng mga holdapers at snatchers,tsaka tignan ninyo, sila na nga yung nag squat,sila pa yung pinakikiusapan ng gobyerno na umalis at sila pa ang magiisip kung saan sila ililipat.

Railway transit is the most efficient esp to over populated country. Kaya dapat lang na buhayin ito. Para sa nakararami ito kaya dapat lang na maintindihan ng maa-apektuhan – Hindi ang pang sarili nilang interest.
