    Let's differentiate the two, because they're not the same animal:

    Even if refers to a hypothetical scenario; you can substitute it with the phrases "assuming that" or "just supposing".

    Ex. Even if I had two hours to spare for shopping, I wouldn't go out and buy a suit.


    Even though presupposes that a particular scenario already exists.

    Ex. Even though I had two hours to spare for shopping, I couldn't find the suit I wanted.


    Kung comeback statements ang target mo, look for even though, not even if.

    Even though I can have always ON 3G on my iphone, I can't coz it drains battery faster. Powersurf99 n lng, 50MB 30 days too
