I have phone chargers in my home, car and office. I usually use my phone as a portable hotspot for my iPad, if not, it is most of the time connected on data, so I need to keep it topped off every chance I have. I also keep it on the charger overnight.
I know I'd probably use up the battery's charging cycles but that's the price I have to pay to be always connected.

always charge your phones peeps at wag ng paabutin sa drained status. You don't know when will an emergency strike. Wala na yang mga rule rule na yan and even if you do own a Nokia 5110 these days which uses Ni-MH type of battery eh di bili ka na lang ng spare.
Iririsk mo pa ba buhay mo sa isang batterya ng telepono? :D

+1 for this. I try to make sure all my phones, as well as laptops, tablets, and other comm devices are topped up all the time. You'll never know when something will crop up, or when an important call would come in.
I also make sure I have chargers at home, the office, in my car,a as well as USB charging cables.
