    Ang gaganda ng benefits niyo! Pangit talaga sweldo and benefits sa work ko Buti na lang I have a great boss and colleagues and that keeps me happy at my job.

    mas ok pa nga pag ganito.. simula pa lang sayo na yung car.. pag nag resign.. wala nang pro problemahin...

    yung employer ko dati maganda.. sila bumili nung car.. then may allowance pa for gas and PMS.. then after 5 years.. ni transfer na sa akin yung car.. tapos nag resign na ako..

    so maganda kung cash.. pero kung walang cash.. ganon din naman babayad ka din naman interest.. at least you get something back from the company.. lalo na kung covered na nang car allowance yung monthly amortization, you don't worry about the interest na..

    Yes. katulad dito sa amin mid management gets 70-30 scheme. 70% shoulder nang company and 30% sa employee.

    Bracket : MID Management

    900k Car - kunwari vios, kung nabili ang vios nang Cash 836k meron ka pang 64k na pang mods na pandagdag. Basta pwede mo sagarin yung 900k. Sound system basta bahala ka.
    - for 5yrs ang babayaran mo eh 270k hahatiin nyan for 60 months ( 2 payroll ) kada sweldo mo ang bawas ay 2,250 petot lang.

    MANCOM members - 1M ( Same scheme 70-30% )

    OPCOM members - 1.2M up ( if you stay sa company nang 5yrs wala etong monthly na kaltas sa sweldo, if you stay sa company babayaran mo lang ay 100 petot.

    maintenance sagot lahat nang company basta ipasok lang sa accredited na CASA, gasoline allowance covered by a fleet card.

    Participation Fee kung nabangga 3 times a year lang sagot nang company. Ika4th sagot na nang employee plus suspension

    There are companies talaga na maganda ang car plan, like yung kay CVT at Clavel.

    Same with my previous company before, ganun din halos wala ka na babayaran, and sa akin na nakapangalan yung auto.

    Ayaw ng kompanya talaga na problamahin pa nila pag dispose ng kotse kasi sa libro, zero value na kotse after 3 to 5 years.

    Yung sa amin dati, sa displacement naman ang basis, pag junior manager 1.6L, senior manager 2.0L, pag mancom 2.5L.

    Yes yung company ang mag aayos for the transfer... lahat nang fees company ang magbabayad.

    Problem with us:

    Kung aalis ka nang hindi tapos ang 5yrs babayaran mo nang depre value na sya. Medyo malaki ang cash out mo.
