GMA would rather air the 2nd game of the NCAA opening day schedule between CSB and LPU tomorrow at 3 pm rather than live. Pwede naman yung regular shows nila sa main station and the games doon sa GTV.

True Green is so obsessed na he saw a mouse in his room. He has been bothered about it for days. Pero sa bagay it happened to me before. It's like a war e.

Take note of the water proofing. Invest in in hood quality tiles & find a really good tile installer. Tiles can make or break the bathroom. For grout, get the latex based ones. Not the cement bass ones like ABC. Hassle mag renovate ng bathroom, but will be worth it after. Goodluck!

Meron sa Dexterton, Home Studio, or maybe sa mga Home Depot. Yung cement based kasi nag pupulbos, & nag iiba kulay. Yung latex based hindi. Ofcourse mas mahal lang siya sa cement based na grout.

Ito ata ang problem ng tiles ko, nagkakaron ng mantsa sa pagitan ng dugtungan. Ang hinala ko ay hindi mapasukan ng mabuti ng concrete grout kaya tumatawid ang water in between and nagkakaron ng mildew. Tingin ko nga walang grout karamihan kasi zero zero, parang hirap applayan ng grout.

Ang hindi ko lang maintidihan ay bakit ang hirap tanggalin ng stain, if it was mildew di ba dapat patay sya sa chlorine? We also tried citric acid wala rin. Muriatic acid na lang ang hindi ko na try.

Siguro pag latex hindi ma penetrate ng water

Ilang weeks na rin akong nagpaparenovate ng bahay. Hirap kasi syempre hindi normal ang buhay pag may workers sa loob. Tapos tindi ng alikabok. Cabinetry at Countertop works ang ginagawa. Ngayon nagpapa waterproof ako ng isang kwarto namin. Next week balik cabinet works na naman. If there was a dustless technology, I'm willing to pay extra.

Ung sa CR baka bumili na lang ako ng ready made.

Siguro pag latex hindi ma penetrate ng water

Wag mag zero zero spacing between tiles. Mga 1-2mm spacing dapat. Baka yung tiles na ginamit ay ceramic which are porous. Porcelain tiles aren’t porous & shouldn’t stain.
