Ginawa namin dati yan mga late 2000s yata yun. May bagyo and during bagyo may nagnakaw ng cable ng pldt. I don't know how long the cables or how thick it is pero months wala kami phone. Hanggang sa hindi na namin binayaran. Hindi na bumalik ang service.

Not until years later nag offer ulit sila. Burado na yung dati namin utang.

BTT: My weekend is ruined because of the weather. I have errands to do but it's raining so hard and I hate to go out (and drive) when it's raining. My fat lab has no fruits and veggies anymore, so I am still forced to go out.

I got late charge and finance charge from my HSBC CC. Pano kasi, hindi nagpapadala ng statement!!!

I've had multiple reversal requests so they said they are not sure if they can still reverse this, PERO aminado sila na they are not able to deliver for several months na.

I feel so guilty that I lost my temper on the collections staff (although I apologized and explained that I am not mad at him but the bank). I told them what a bank does NOT want to hear, so I got my reversal approved. I have some experience in collections department too, so hindi nila ko mabobola

Yes. Ayoko kasi ng soft copy. Gusto ko hard copy kasi wala akong printer. Saka yung HSBC ko kasi, hindi naman ako technically ang nagbabayad kaya I file my statements para alam ng family ko what I charge.

My order in shopee has no update since Thursday. Guess who is the courier? Yep! Black Arrow. As usual. Dami ko ka na file na complains against them, maybe this is their retribution. Well it wouldn't help them cause I filed this again.

Got a 3rd party collection notice from Globe for freakin 500 pesos because they did not send me my final bill. Talk about courtesy for a client with still active long standing good accounts, they should have made a friendly reminder call at least
