hi guys

May 2nd, 2009 05:15 PM #24If visible na yung mga anay or may traces na kayo kung saan sila dumadaan, may alternative akong binebenta, yung do-it yourself BIONEEM 3-in-1 organic liquid concentrate, hindi siya kill on contact kaya mas effective kasi may "transfer effect" siya pag natamaan ng puro yung mga worker termites, maghahalikan yung mga termites and eventually mahahawa ang mga queen termite/s ... it destroys the biological life cycle ng termite kasi 1st anti-feedant siya, it will then stop destroying wood, and eventually dahil hindi na makakain they will die and won't be able to reproduce. Non-toxic po siya at non-solvent, at non-flammable, biodegradable at pwede ispray or iapply even in the presence of food, people, pets or plants. A gallon is recommended for a regular home and could be diluted up to 1:3 ratio with water for termites and cockroach. You could spray it freely sa paligid kasi disinfectant and affects up to 200 types of harmful insects.
Na-try ko na po siya kaya wala na po ako napapansin na new termite signs sa bahay... maintenance ko na lang po siya for prevention of ipis, bukbok, surot, langaw, lamok and also serves as a general disinfectant around the house. 1 gallon nga pala is P2,571 only.

May 2nd, 2009 05:39 PM #25Use engine oil at diesel lang ang katapat nyan. 2/3 yung diesel fuel mixed with 1/3 of engine oil. Naubos ang anay namin sa mga kisame at door jamb. Sulit na sulit, kaya yung mga engine oil ko tuwing oil change iniipon ko na. Try nyo!

May 2nd, 2009 06:19 PM #26lagi kong nakikitang nag aadvertise sa sinehan ung Sentricon. Dunno how the process goes exactly, but they bore holes around your house, where they put the anti -termite pesticide. After the initial installation, maintenance na lang ata nung gamot.
+1 sa suggestion ni sir yebo; nung pinarepair namin ung bahay way back, we painted solignum on all the wood used for the repair.
ang uso ata ngayon is to use "poisoned food", i.e. leave the poison where termintes roam, then the workers bring the food back to the queen; queen eats food, queen dies, colony dies.
