Yung teller magiging manager, tapos VP, tapos Director. So may career siya for the next 30 years. Baby steps paangat yung income, pero stable.
Pag YouTuber ka, pwedeng kitain mo yung kikitain ng bank employee for 30 years in 5 years.
Statistically - only 160k channels (out of 31M) have 100k or more subs. That's 0.5%, or 1 in 200.

Yan yung reality for many YouTubers.
Let's put numbers to your claims. In 2018 - only 30 PH-based YouTubers had 1M subs, and only 380 channels had over 100k subs. For sure dumami na yan but even at an aggressive 2x in 2 years, 800 channels lang with 100k subs.
2 Filipino YouTube channels reach 1 million subscribers - Manila Standard Mobile
If you follow that ratio with global numbers (30 PH ÷ 16k global with 1M subs = 0.18%, 380 PH ÷ 160k with 100k subs = 0.23%) - then it means only 1,900 PH channels out of thousands (62,000 approx total PH) have at least 10k subs.
