Parang I've tried different VPNs na but cannot get past Netflix's security. If you find one, please let me know. Wala na talaga ako mapanood na okay sa library ng PH.

The 2nd and 3rd US server of expressvpn works with Netflix.

Yes, express vpn works on the mobile phone (7days free trial). Unfortunately, I cannot cast to the TV.

Yan din problem ko. Pwede daw if you have a VPN router. But frankly I don't know where to get those and I still have a functioning router, ayoko na gumastos just to cast US shows sa TV.
