Ayaw ng magsunog ng pera! Gozon, Jalosjos reportedly shutting downinsipid GMA noontime show that flopped in filling up ‘Eat Bulaga’ void

GMA Network of bilyonaryo Felipe Gozon and TAPE Inc. of convicted child rapist Romy Jalosjos are reportedly looking to ditch the network’s noontime show due to poor ratings and heavy expenses.

Abante entertainment editor Jun Lalin revealed that “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” (TP), led by former presidential candidate Isko Moreno, along with Paolo Contis, Betong, Cassy and Mavy Legaspi, and a lineup of GMA-Sparkle talents, might have aired its final episode on Saturday, March 2.

Lalin, citing sources, said the decision to axe TP was reportedly a mutual agreement between GMA and TAPE, who have a block time agreement in place until the end of this year.

The move to hit the reset button came just two months after the court ordered GMA and TAPE to stop using “EAT Bulaga” whose original creators – Tito, Vic, and Joey – have moved to fill up the noontime slot of TV5 of bilyonaryo Manny V. Pangilinan.

The copycat “EAT Bulaga” show was hastily launched on June 15 and was rebranded just
two months ago.

there are always kawawas, whenever someone loses one's job.
it's not their fault, that the higher-ups decided to separate ways.

if there were no tvj-jaloslos split, they wouldn't have had to "take sides"...
and being the relative small fry that they were, they probably didn't know the intricacies of the issue at hand, i.e., "why is this happening to me?" .
