If only I got up early... I usually get an average of 17-18 km/L. 20.4 km/L is my latest for a 140 km stretch. I think I can make it above 20 if I were to drive "strictly" at 83 kph, exclusive to highways.
Different driver with different fc. Style of driving will surely affect your fc[emoji1]

There's no break-in period anymore for most new cars like the M3 although I did notice that the FC got a bit better after driving it for 1000km. Perhaps can be attributed to my improved driving style eg smooth acceleration, less overtaking, etc.
I'll check the average speed later. Yeah, maybe instead of break-in, it's probably the driver making adjustments and that improves the FC. =)

No. That includes my route from Bulacan - NLEX - SCTEX - Subic, plus the run with Touge Battle including most of idle time. The only time the engine was off was when we took our lunch and a three hour waiting time.

When I got home driving in a normal fashion, it increased to 10.1 km/L.

So far, here's my recorded stats over 4 top-ups:

    (237.7 + 332.3 + 205.1 + 251.0) = 1026 km
    (29.01 + 31.68 + 30.38 + 30.02) = 121.09 L

That's an average of 8.47 km/L. Mostly city driving with moderate traffic in Cebu.

Should I be concerned? Or is this the right fuel consumption?
    Hello [emoji4]

I can't tell if you should be concerned; but for comparison purposes, my "lifetime" FC with my M3 is 12.86 km/L at an average speed of 20 km/h (22% expressway).

It would be great to take note of your average speed, as Mr. J (jojopad) asked.

    My "lifetime" FC stats [emoji4]

    *mikes
My slowest speed is 13 km/h, which I already consider equivalent to stressful traffic. The return is 9.5 km/L (full tank method of computation); whereas the MID result is at 9.71 km/L (10.3 L of fuel over a 100-km stretch).

The average speed that's showing on the odometer is 11km/h. Haha. I don't really cover great distances.

With 8.47 km/L FC, that's pretty ok. If we do the math by computing the equivalent FC based on Altuy's:

    (10.99 km/Li / 15 kph) * 11 kph = 8 km/Li

Looks like you're FC is even better than Altuy's, at least based on your average kph [emoji106]

It's just an Excel file since I compute for my FC manually [emoji4]

I agree with Mr. J. Your FC is better than mine if we're talking about an average speed of 11 km/h [emoji106]

But that also makes me wonder what your odometer was when you got your unit; and if you reset everything on your multi-info display at the time your unit was turned over to you.

Mine has already ran 26 km when I got in my M3. I reset all the stats on the multi-info display, including the average speed. If I'm not mistaken it was at 9 km/h. The fuel gauge? The last bar was blinking already!

Interesting calculation. Didn't think about average speed like that. Thanks! Will continue to monitor for changes as I approach 2000km.
