Here's a picture of my 2018 Mazda 3 1.5V in Eternal Blue. It was raining yesterday and I took it out for a roadtrip to the mountains.

March 26th, 2018 03:39 PM #2176It's not available for the hatch? The difference between the sedan and hatchback is just php 20k, but I don't know, I've always loved the look of the sedan.
No, it's not waxed or ceramic coated. I still have to follow your tips! Unless the MTX wash & wax is considered as wax already. Haha.

The additional ₱20k is likely due to additional parts for the hatchback trunk door, eg wiper, larger door size, small spoiler. The US price for the M3 HB is $1250 more than the 4-door sedan. Compared to the US price, ₱20k additional price tag is actually quite cheap.
Some car wash shampoo brands do have carnauba wax but the hydrophobic properties is likely weak and doesn't last long compared to standalone wax.

Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax is easy to apply. Just spray it, wipe and buff with mircofiber towel. It will only take about 30 mins. It's a good activity for a routine inspection of your car's paint condition. For a longer duration of wax protection, go for Collinite or Meguiar's liquid wax.
