There are countless ways to enjoy....driving, watching...& watching your better half drive away.....
Imagine what proper shoes can do...
Being among the early 1s to take delivery in hobo country, I've been embarrassed a few times to be asked if the car's price tag was north of 2M..Obviously, those were not car people. They couldn't believe twas just a 3. A humble 3. More than 3years after, this has aged well....Still drives like new....still feels like day1.....
In its youth, clean cut....
Now all grown up & a bit more rugged...
Grats on your new 3s, guys....Enjoy the Mown3rship....get used to the kodo effect.[emoji4]

November 22nd, 2017 11:02 AM #862Same here
I'll enjoy the stock rims and tires for a while. I like the comfortable ride very much; but when it's time to change, I think I'll settle at the middle -- 17s.
The cruise control and dash cam will be for next year, after I get married na muna [many thanks to Mr. T for the resources]
As for the antenna, I like the 1.5 V's as is. I removed the pole since I play music via bluetooth. I just want to have something that can cover the roscas.
By the way, polar, you may want to have auto-folding side mirrors too. I want to have those too, but I haven't inquired from Mr. J. Nasanay na ako sa Forester and Fortuner.
In summary, I'll have the following upgrades in particular order.
- cruise control
- auto-folding side mirrors
- dash cam
- 17s

If not the OE fin, You can grab a stubby for cheap....[emoji4]
The same source I gave may be able to help you w/ the mirrors. He has installed OE cruise & HUD for a number of 1.5s already.[emoji4]
Have you ridden or tested the 2.0 w/ stock 18s? They surprisingly ride well. You can go 225/45/18 instead of the stock 215....but even w/ 16s, kodos look fine....natural beauts.

November 22nd, 2017 01:11 PM #866Just waiting for unit release any day now. Any tips? This is my first brand new car haha. Did anyone feel brave enough to use their cars while waiting for OR/CR?

Grats, sir!!! Check the tire pressure on all 4 corners & the donut in the trunk. Note your PMS skeds.
New LTO guidelines impose hefty fines on caught cars running w/o registration. Fines are 1 thing, accidents( God forbid) are the scarier part....one has to bear full accountability.
Just while the wait away planning mods, sir? That shouldn't take long. WelcoM3 to the Mown3rship.[emoji4]

November 22nd, 2017 04:08 PM #870Hi, gauss
I'll let Mr. T provide the car care tips. Hehe.
As for driving without your OR/CR...
You just have to be familiar with your routes. If you know you'll pass by 'danger zones,' then you know what to do. If you're daring, though, why not drive it; just be extra careful and... pray you don't cause any scene that will require you to surrender your vehicle's documents to a traffic enforcer -- which you know are still not with you
Speaking of documents, also make sure that you have, at least, a photocopy of your invoice to prove ownership of the vehicle.
We were just brave enough because there's no sufficient enforcement
As expected, in response to Tesla’s entry into the Philippines market, Ford will be bringing in the...
