    Naimbag nga aldaw mga sir! Is it true na open parking na daw ngayon sa Baguio? Wala na daw yung Jadewell? TIA

    yes and no.. wala na ang Jadewell (though still trying hard to make a comeback) kaya wala ng siga sa mga kalsada pero ipagbabawal ulit ng city govt ang parking sa stretch ng session road from 6-9 am and 4 to 7 pm. I don't know when it would be implemented...

    Balik na rin ang number coding scheme ...

    imo, traffic in session road would be better off if parking were banned at both lanes from 7am to 7pm. just a thought...
